Dark' N Stomy has been brewing since the early 1800s by James Gosling who, intended destination was the US but didn't quite make it and docked in Bermuda instead. lt, trademarked by only using Gosling Brother, Black Seal Rum (Bermuda) and Gosling, Ginger Beer with fresh lime juice.

This classic cocktail originated back in 1898 in the port town of Daiquiri,the South Eastern tip of Cuba with rum, sugar and lime. Our version starts with the same pure ingredients; Plantation Original Dark Rum and fresh lime juice but we use our in house made pineapple syrup to sweeten it up. It, then shaken and served chilled up. I think Hemingway would have approved.

Terre Siciliane IGT | Dry, nice and crisp with great acidity. Well balanced with citrus, pear, lime, and green apple.

Marlborough, New Zealand | Zesty citrus aromas leading to layers of passion fruit, grapefruit and gooseberry flavors,followed by a clean, refreshing finish.

Solano, Santa Barbara and Monterey Counties | Lightly oaked in a mix of older and newer French Oak barrels, with a small percentage of malolactic fermentation. Another portion is fermented in stainless steel. Round vibrant acidity and fresh with bright fruit flavors of peach and dried apricot.

Monterey, Solano and San Luis Obispo Counties | Lightly aged for 6 months in a combination of new and neutral French Oak. Bright and fruit driven, with lush of cherry flavors. Plush silky and smooth.

Mendoza ,Argentina | Hand harvested, fermented in concrete, 30% of the wine goes into second pass French Oak for 6-8 months. The palate is fresh and supple, juicy blackberry notes rich and fruit driven.

Petite Syrah and Zinfandel with a Little Syrah and Merlot, California | Brought by Quilt wines with dark aromas of blackberry, plum, and dark milk chocolate, vanilla and earth tones. Full bodied and plush.

Napa Valley, CA | Rich flavors of black cherry pie filling, creamed plum and hint of clove. Elegant with strong acidity and a long smooth finish with velvety tannins.

Bordeaux style Red blend of 67% Merlot, 28% Cabernet, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot Columbia Valley, WA | Mocha and milk chocolate notes from French Oak integrate with beautiful cassis, dried cranberry and cedar aromas. Instantly delicious on palate with an inviting warm soft entry.
